Dr Paylor was my Dr when she was in Alamogordo New Mexico. I really really miss her. Very caring attitude. Good human. She is the Best Dr I’ve ever had!

Great Experience
I went to Urgent Care to confirm a positive Covid test and seek treatment. With no expectations, I was received, diagnosis confirmed, and was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. It's common knowledge that PCPs are in short supply. I would add "...of Dr. Paylor's quality". I split my time between two islands, Fidalgo, in Washington state, and Hawaii, and so get exposed to two different health care systems. At 75 miles distant, Fidalgo is the outer border of the Seattle medical community and my experience with Dr. Paylor owes no apology to any care I've received there. Highly recommended.

Dr. Paylor is not very patient, and constantly tries to have me see “Ann,” basically because she doesn’t feel my concerns are “real”she doesn’t seem to listen to what I am trying to say. I must say she has some great nurses though.

Disappointed – Aug 22, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Paylor?
Dr Paylor was too busy to really treat the patient. You have to wait outside the door in the rain, early in the morning. They say first come, 1st serve- in between patients. You can wait, & maybe see the doctor, with no guarantee. It is scary when you need health care. She has little time or interest in your illness. Might as well go to the hospital. They are too busy to care.

Auntie at Hilo in Hilo, HI – Jul 08, 2018
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Paylor?
I used to like Dr. Paylor, but now she is overworked and has no time for her patients. I have been seeing her for a health problem for nearly three years, and need a referal but because I look young, and this is an island with few specialists, my problem is not yet "chronic" so I don't need a specialist. I have left her office without being seen for the problem I came in for, needing to do a walk in, to be seen again. The patient-centered home, is far from that!
