The Best!
Dr Botros was recommended by our neighbor. We loved his kind, gentle bedside manner. He performed surgery on my husband and son. Both success stories! Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Arrogantly misdiagnosed my health issue.
I presented with tinnitus to Dr. Botros. He made a diagnosis that was "scary" and when I asked "were there any other possibilities" he quickly responded "No." I went to ENT at UNC-Chapel Hill for a 2nd opinion & was told that this diagnosis was made without the necessary testing and I did not have hearing loss or the syndrome Dr. Botros diagnosed. After Chapel Hill ruled out a brain tumor (mri) thank goodness I am left with just tinnitus. So obviously there were other diagnoses to explain my symptoms. In my opinion, Dr. Botros was arrogant in prematurely jumping to an incorrect and more serious diagnosis while telling me that there were no other possibilities. I will never seek care from this physician again.

Dr Botros was a poor listener, and ego-driven and dismissive to the point of negligence. One example, I asked about a white lesion on my tonsil, after he had looked in my mouth for literately one second. He said there was no white spot. I disagreed because I had checked and seen it just before the appt. He didn't bother to look in my mouth again, instead dismissing me with "well, it's gone now." I checked as soon as I got home and yes, I still had a white lesion. Just a pitiful arrogant doctor.

Extremely rude staff and horrible care. Old, run down office and extremely long wait to be seen. Find another ENT if this will be your first visit.

Arrived 10 min early w/all new patient paperwork filled out and was turned away by the front desk. Lady said it was cxled thru their portal & stated they do not take new patients on Delaney Drive. So I showed her the paperwork that said to come to the Delaney office with the time and the date. She didn't even so much is try to reschedule me or call their other office she said there was nothing she could do. So I left. Worst customer service ever experienced in a medical practice!

My husband has been visiting Dr. Botros for two years. This Dr. is a prime example of how all doctors should communicate and treat patients. He has a caring, gentle, and compassionate manner when speaking and no matter how busy his schedule is Dr. Botros has the unique ability to make his patients feel he is glad to see them. In addition to his bedside manner, he is excellent in his field.

We came to see Dr. Botros after my daughter was not getting any better on medicine prescribed by a PA at Medic. Dr. Botros was able to recognize the problem with my daughter?s ears right away. He did not try to push any additional treatments that would prolong her infection. He took the time to listen to both parents and acknowledged the concerns expressed by the parents.
