Need better Customer Service
Visit was from Jan. 2022. We were told that the a procedure will be referred to USC or UCLA and to wait for a call from Legene Eye Institute. We called today, 5/2/2022 and the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. She did however, offer to have the doctor call us back to clarify patient’s status. Doctor called and explained that the front desk personnel informed him that contrary to what he thought, they do not do referrals and patient was responsible to contact USC or UCLA. We have a vision impaired 57 yr old patient waiting for 3 months. The least the front desk person can do was to be more sympathetic to the circumstances. There was a huge breakdown in communication. We would not want other patients to be in the same situation especially if they are elderly or require assistance.

Dr. El-Harazi is the best doctor I have ever met in my entire life. Unfortunately currently he is not accepting my insurance and I am not able to visit him. I will give him more than 1000 stars.

Dr. El-Harazi has been my ophtalmologist since 2014. His patient care is superb as well as his people skills. Due to a change of medical plans, I will no longer be going to Dr. El-Harazi and this absolutely breaks my heart!! I would recommend him with reservation. Thank you, Dr. El-Harazi for always taking such good care of my eyes and for being straightforward and honest with me. Sincerely, Sonia O. Hakim
