Amazing!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Anderson since 2014 and she’s been wonderful. She listens, really cares and takes her time during each visit. Since covid, everything is telehealth but she still maintains a level of professionalism that allows her to really talk to you.

Great Psychiatrist
Dr. Sheryl Anderson is a caring Psychiatrist. She is quite easy to talk with and when prescribing medications she will always hear out my concerns. She is highly invested in making prescriptions work for her clients and holding them accountable for their treatment as well. I plan to see her for much of the foreseeable future for my mental health treatment.

I've been seeing Dr Anderson since I was 16 years old, and I am turning 30 this year. When I have concerns about a medication, she won't force me to take that medication. If there is a medication I want to try, we will talk about if it's the best possible choice for me. The majority of the time that I've had concerns and left voicemails, she has returned my call within 24 hours. Instead of the standard 15 minutes, my appointments usually last 45 because she genuinely cares and wants to spend time hearing about my life to better assist me. Dr A definitely has a no-nonsense attitude towards things and is incredibly blunt, which works extremely well for my personality. If you are highly sensitive to criticism and may potentially be triggered by a logical and blunt approach, she may not be the best fit for you. I adore Dr A. She has done wonders for my mental health journey. She is exactly what I need in a provider and I am so thankful and happy to be one of her patients.

The worst mental health "professional" that I've ever encountered. If you are taking your mental health seriously, do not go to her or allow any of your loved ones to take the chance. She cares more about her checks than her patients. My niece was seeing her. I once decided that I wanted to sit in with her during a visit which shouldn't be a problem and was treated horribly. Snide remarks and an unprofessional greeting was what I encountered. The environment was far from comfortable. I offered to shake her hand when introducing myself and was blown off. Eventually, this "professional" stop arranging appointments with my niece while she was on heavy doses of medication... very dangerous. We had to scramble to find her someone new that actually cared about the condition that she was in.

It is comforting to see so many people have had the same experience with Dr. Sheryl Anderson. She is insensitive and uncaring. I found my time with her to be emotionally damaging and have been working on my ability to trust psychiatrists again. The office was about as soothing as the DMV. There is no receptionist. My first visit, I walked into a room and was so confused. I just sat there for 30 minutes wondering if there was even anyone here. From the start to the end, I found her care to be unbelievably terrible. I highly encourage you to try any other doctor.

Recently I met with Dr. Anderson just one time. She was unempathetic and judgemental. She was obtaining my health and family history and with every statement I made was a gesture or words of judgment. I suffer from an illness that is very sensitive and she was careless in her delivery of her judgment. Perhaps that level of comfort might be best suited for a patient she knows well but for a first time patient, not knowing my triggers, I found her commentary to be wreckless and unnecessary.

I was helping my daughter out by changing an appoint for her daughter (my granddaughter) and this upset Dr. Anderson. She felt I shoudn't be involved. I explained that all I was doing was helping set the appointment and that Mom would take over from there. It was very strange. She refused to see my granddaughter after that first visit.

She is horrible and uncaring. She never returns calls. Also the worst office setting i have ever seen. You can never speak to anyone; just leave messages which go unanswered.

Dr. Anderson is a very good doctor. Highly competent regarding the latest research. She is also warm and compassionate. I would recommend her to family & friends. (It is a little hard to reach her for urgent matters as the providers each manage their own patients. There is no front desk staff. )
