Dr. Alonzo was very thorough and understanding during our telehealth session. She listened to my description of symptoms, suggested an over the counter test to verify if I had the flu, and gave me optional plans for treatment based on the results of the test. Very professional, highly recommend.

I just had a teledoc appt with Shirin Alonzo. She was appalling. She completely dismissed all of my symptoms, that were quite serious. It was quite shocking. I would tell anyone to stay away. My primary doctor advised for me to go to the ER and get an MRI. I was hoping not to have to go to the hospital, so I booked teledoc appt. It was scary that she is actually licensed. I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely by a healthcare professional.
