Dr. Shivdeep Deo, MD

First time seeing this Dr. Very quick to assume and judge a person just based on a patient history. I came in for possible antidepressant discontinuation syndrome (). Deo treated me like I was a addict. I left the office with more anxiety plus anger than i came in with. Also, my meds were switched through the patient portal 9days () with only a two week supply until this appointment. I was told to continue this medication until follow up in a month, but never given a refill or instructions to do so?? If i could give this Dr deo a negative review i would have, on the other hand the resident Dr and all other staff were extremely nice and friendly.

My symptoms were not properly investigated. I was not properly monitored and was advised physical therapy as my treatment. My comfort nor my significant fears were addressed in any manner whatsoever. I left feeling defeated until I read her notes. I am not nor was I in psychosis. I thought I was dying. Guess what? I almost did. I'll keep everything else to myself for now because this young woman doesn't deserve my opinion anymore than she felt I deserved hers. I'm educated too. At least enough to know, 'Do no harm'I know what happened and I know why it happened and I will not let this happen to anyone else as long as I have a voice.
