Dr. Iranmanesh is a fantastic doctor and surgeon.
He has been my surgeon for almost 8 years. He is kind, personable, and extremely skilled. I would not go anywhere else for assistance with peripheral artery disease. He is the best. I feel he goes the extramile in treating his patients.

Great Vein Doctor
He could not believe what a small dose of blood thinner I had been prescribed in the ER. This could have killed me. He increased my dosage to the right amount and took time with me during all my appointments with him. He did such a great job caring for me and seeing me through until the blood clot was gone. He was used of JESUS to save my life. I am so very grateful! At least 10 stars for him!

The girl who did the ultrasound was awesome. She explained everything she was going to do. Dr. Iranmanesh was great. He explained all my options and did not push me into unnecessary procedures.

Great experience
From initial consult to procedure I’ve enjoyed his demeanor and genuine interest in my wellbeing. Post surgery consult he was very attentive, answered all of my questions and came off as a very personable, good guy. I would recommend without hesitation.

Yes, I certainly would.
Dr. Iranmanesh performed two endarectomy surgeries on me. Iam very happy with both surgeries. He was wonderfully patient with me and made sure I knew everything about, good and bad regarding before and after my endarterectomies. So, will be sad to see him move on for us in Plymouth. Happy for his new patients.

My spouse was diagnosed with a rare vascular condition and needed major abdominal surgery. Dr Iranmanesh is one of a few people in the country who specialize in this condition. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. His office staff are incredible, kind and responsive. He is knowledgeable, has fantastic bedside manner, is thorough and even went out of his way to call my spouse himself during recovery on his vacation to check on them. My spouse had a minor complication following surgery and he was so fast to respond, kind, thorough and came up with an appropriate plan to address it. I wish every doctor was like him. I cannot rave enough about him and we highly recommend him.

Dr. Iranmanesh treated me for PE after my shoulder surgery. He was attentive to assure that my bilateral PE was resolved. His methods made certain that I was not tied to blood thinning medication for life. As a second surgery, for knee replacement, was a secondary risk to my health. He and I reviewed my options and implanted a ‘clot filter’ prior to surgery. He removed the clot filter post knee surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Iranmanesh.

I can’t say enough praises about Dr. Iranmanesh. He has successfully treated my TOS with surgery and now has done a through job in diagnosing my veins issues in my legs that I have been pleading with other Drs about my issues. He listens. He hears you. And he will be your advocate. He’s saved my life.

He accidentally nicked a nerve that has been causing pain every day since his surgery. His points of incision are tender and sore even after 1 year.

I would highly recommend Middle Tennessee Vascular. Dr. Iranamesh has gone above and beyond from the very first time I met him. He was there each step of the way through my procedure and recovery process. He takes a lot of time with his patients to thoroughly discuss and explain everything from diagnosis/treatment plans/ and all of the possible outcomes & what he believes is best suited for your particular case. Dr. Iranamesh truly cares about his patients and has an incredible bedside manner!
