Dr. Sindu Gupta is an outstanding doctor who truly cares for her patients. She is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also a great listener who takes the time to understand concerns. Her respectful and compassionate approach makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended!

Dr Gupta is very good at what she does she is thorough n spend 20-25 mins with each patient but the time is well worth it

Prepare to wait for a long time...office staff is very unprofessional. When you go for a doctors visit, you want your physician to make you feel some what important right? Well during my visits that was never the case, I felt rushed every time. One time she made me go in just to tell me something I already knew about my health, in which was discussed during the initial visit. This whole office definitely needs a complete make over. With dirty walls, it just feels dirty being in this office. After, a year attending this office, I got fed up & found a different provider.

Horrible Doctor who puts her personal interest before the needs of the patient . I have been seeing this doctor for 5 years. She refuses to provide information on reproductive health due to religious purposes. Does not address mental health needs of patients. She refuses to fill out medical clearance forms that other doctors or surgeons may need even though she bills for it through insurance. I believe she is just cashing in her Billings notes and not providing an actual service . Staff is not great due to her poor work

The wait time is ridiciolus. The office is very dirty .The bed where your examined on its ripped with foam sticking out .The cabinet draws are missing . Theres dust all over , no ventilation . Just filthy ! Youll come out sicker than when uou first went in !

I have always felt the culture of the office can be felt with the reception staff. I am strongly considering changing drs for my mom, as the front desk staff needs pr skills when dealing w/patients. Dr Gupta is losing patients because of the front desk staff.

Horrible, her answer to everything is see a Psychiatrist and wait time is ridiculous.

I have been coming here for 3 years and not once have I been able to be seen in under 2 hours. The lack of appointments is ridiculous. I can never see the doctor but instead I have to see the nurse practitioner (who is very thorough and nice, though) after waiting 2 hours. Will be finding a new doctor. Very frustrating.

Long wait time. Favoritism over some patients. Staff will put certain patients ahead of you, even if you have the first appointment. Rude reception.
