I’ve been a patient for a few years now and CANNOT get an appointment for my yearly visit after taking appropriate tests for my appointment!! I really like Dr Guerrero but I’ve never encountered such a problem!!! I took my tests in September and still waiting for a call as I’m on a waiting list! Horrible system for a really good doctor! Supposedly on a waiting list. What’s up with that??? Please contact me Dr Guerrero!

Dr. Guerrero is a wonderful doctor. However, her staff isn't so wonderful. Difficult to deal with. Especially on the phone. I only stay with Dr. Guerrero, because she's a kind great doctor.

Front office Staff needs to improve
I was finally able to get an appointment with this doctor. Came to appointment to find out Dr. Guerrero was on vacation and I was being seen by her medical nurse. Instructions on how to take my insulin was very confusing. Called the office and had to be on hold for 10 minutes, called again was immediately put on hold a second time for 12 minutes and every 4 min the girls would just say please hold without letting me say a word. To make story short, I got transferred to just leave a message. Let’s see if they actually call me back. It’s very frustrating and disappointing ac this is your health and your life they have at their hands and not much importance is given.

Dysfunctional Office
Telehealth
Dr Guerrero is wonderful - an expert in her field who takes time to listen and explain issues. However, her office staff often gives conflicting information which leads to missed appointments, etc. I had an appointment for today but due to misinformation am now unable to see the doctor until at least July.

I had the same problem with the lying, lazy staff workers. They just couldn't care less. That said, there's one there who's a sweetheart. Dr. Guerrero has been great at explaining, working out my thyroid issues, etc. I took off a star for her staff who also 'didn't get my VM for THREE DAYS!'. Seriously? To make an appointment takes that long? She and her patients deserve a much better team.

I just found out bc I used the curse word the dr used in quotes they never published it so here it is again with a follow up I speak to people every day about their health conditions so I know how scary they can be. I have struggled with something for most of my life and it is a serious thing to me. This terrible DR. made me feel like I was stupid for my questions and any information I had gathered. She patronized me and when I didn't completely agree with her breakdown. She then called in another DR for a "Consult" who said "Looks God 0@mn normal to me" I left this place in tears STAY AWAY!! Follow up 3 years later After some hard work and some science I’ve lost 80 pounds and have a real chance had a great life. My primary Doctor Who is nothing like this lady told me there’s a very good chance I will be the oldest living person in my neighborhood at some point. Don’t let any doctor ever shame you The truth is She’s just a bad dr. Find a different one!

I am a new patient of Dr Guerrero's and I am regretfully leaving the practice. This practice has been a hot mess since day 1 for me. Just scheduling the initial appointment is a challenge. Then I had to reschedule only to find out that I was booked with the wrong doctor in the first place. Ultimately I had a telemedicine appointment which was great. I was asked to come in for a biopsy and everything was great up until then. I called three times to get my biopsy results and got no response to the two VM's I left for her nurse. Then got a call that not enough cells were collected and I would need a repeat biopsy. Waiting for the call to set that up prompted me to call for the nurse again. Then I was told that 1. she's never received a vm from me (I've left 3) and that 2. I need to be patient. The lack of care, compassion and urgency on their part says that this is a grossly incompetent medical team and not the right place for me. Might be good for routine care.

I have been seeing Dr. Guerrero for a few years now for two different medical issues. She always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly to me while answering all of my questions. She addresses all of my concerns and never makes me feel foolish. She goes over all test results with me explaining any changes and the significance of any changes. I have recommended her to many of my friends and I am confident that her recommendations are based on the latest medical research. Her bedside manner is warm, friendly, and empathetic. I recommend her highly.

Today was my first appointment with the Doctor. Not only was I very nerves seeing an endocrinologist for the very first time. (It's that white coat syndrome) The doctor entered the room with a great big smile, introduced herself and made me feel very comfortable. She went through my blood work page by page. As we went through my blood work, she explained everything, and finished with how to correct the problem areas, and assured me that everything was going to be great. Dr. Guerrero is Amazing.
