Outstanding patient care
Dr. Lee takes time with my son. Answers all of his questions. Explains treatment and offers him feedback. She shows a general concern of his well being and health. We are truly grateful for her compassion and expertise.

Terrible bedside manner. Pushes own programs & does not listen family. Would rather discharge us then help. Rushed appointments, rude office staff & unwillingness to provide other resources.

My daughters find Dr. Lee easy to talk to and she is great at explaining issues and medications. My only issue was the office staff. Many times they were rude and once even canceled an appt without notifying me and I only found out when I showed up to see a sign on the door. But I have noticed they are now in the process of replacing the front office staff which I look forward to.

Limited to no accessibility for scheduling appointments with an unpleasant office staff who've been unreasonable with me and witnessed rude to others. Had appointments I set rescheduled to accommodate MDs schedule which is almost nonexistent....have to schedule months out or at unreasonable times that disrupt school and work responsibilities of the patient and their families. Adolescent mental health services should not be so difficult to access with the current climate of our culture.

While my son never saw this doctor individually we did meet with her twice at CCATS in Danbury for 10 minutes. The hospital bill I received had her name on it even though she spent less than 30 minutes with my child. We were charged $526 per day for group therapy. The three day a week, six week program costs about $10000. No change in my son's mental status as far as I can tell.
