Every single prescription from this lazy person was at least a week late every single month. His partner, not the other doctor, that answers the phone is one of the most horrible human beings on the planet. I cannot believe anyone would go into business with this guy. Go anywhere but here.

I waited for over two hours. While I was waiting I received a text to review my prescriptions (for another patient). He didn’t even introduce himself or make eye contact. I’m looking for a new doctor

I was rushed out of a visit before even being able to talk about the symptoms I was experiencing. I understand removing me from the facility because of testing positive for the flu. I respect and understand the office policy. However I told him I had other concerns and that was ignored while he rushed me out the door. I felt the appointment should have been carried on via telehealth considering I had other concerns at my visit. I called to complain and he called back and proceeded to speak over me which I tried to voice my other health concerns. He failed to take responsibility and told me that it was my fault I wasn’t heard despite trying to tell him that I needed to talk more before I was rush out the side door of the office. I also put into writing the other symptoms on my pre exam questionnaire. So there was two times I mentioned it before he called. And during the call I still found myself unable to voice my concerns because I was being talked over incessantly. Do not recommend.

Excellent care for several different issues...from sprain to heart Dr referral and rash...Dr was caring, efficient, and trustworthy! Highly recommend Dr Louvering!
