Osteoarthritis with myxoid cyst on fingers

Wonderful!
Dr. Moore was gentle, knowledgeable, and understanding. He took his time, answered all my questions, and was familiar with my case because he read the notes!Everyone that I have seen in Carolina Hand and Spine have been so kind and understanding!I was not rushed or made to feel incompetent.All doctor offices can take a page from this office.Kudos to Dr's Barnett, Moore, and Starr! Same goes for the office staff as well.Thank you all.... more than anything.... I feel safe in their hands!

Pleasant experience
The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Spencer’s nurse was very kind and went way out of her way to decrease the pain with changing addressing. Dr. Spencer was very patient and kind to demonstrate wound care and I look forward to seeing him again in two weeks.

No personality, no compassion, rude, demeaning
Dr Moore rushed through the exam. He didn't seem concerned with my well-being and basically jerked my body around causing pain. He was rude and callous. I will seek help from another specialist and would never recommend him to anyone I know.

Great doctor!!
Dr Moore and his staff are so kind and thorough. Felt like they really cared about me and were very knowledgeable. I liked how he didn't try to rush me into a surgery I didn't need. They are so pleasant and answered all my questions. I'm an old orthopedic nurse and you have a jewel in Dr Moore.
