Horrible experience.
Was prescribed supposedly a new medication. Given a different one. Had a bad reaction. Ended up at ER. Called his office to let them know what happened and they never got back to me. Yet a month later call me for a appointment to ask how the new medication had worked.

Overall fail!!!
I was overcharged at my visit and they have never refunded me (despite 4 months and a monthly call to try). Terrible visit, terrible service, would not recommend to anyone!

Not return for routine procedure
I went to set up a colonoscopy. Waited 3 hours for 3 minutes with PA and then nurse who said there's a 3 month wait and I'd have to return. I asked the nurse if doctor would allow a new medicine for colonoscopy prep and she said "the doctor doesn't like tablets". As a practicing pharmacist I was highly disappointed with the overall process as well as failure to even consult the doctor regarding a new FDA approved medicine and have no intention of returning.

Dr. Badiga and his staff are outstanding. I am truly blessed to have him as my Gastro. He and his staff have helped me to make informed decisions on the treatment for my cirrhosis and liver cancer. Thank you all.
