Unprofessional and rude
I found Dr. charnes to be extremely rude and condescending. Barely explains much and if you ask questions she seems annoyed. She’s an alarmist and just creates more nerves that one doesn’t need when going to an Obgyn.

Best Doctor Ever
Dr. Charnes is a kind, compassionate and highly knowledgeable physician. I can't say enough good things about her. She has been my doctor for the last 25 years. I will be forever grateful to her for delivering my 3 children. She always has time to answer my questions. Fantastic bedside manner - she really cares. I have recommended her to many friends and family and they all agree.

No words other than a good diagnostician with a terrible bed side manner. There are a thousand brilliant doctors kindness counts. Not worth the wait.

I have never had any problems with her. I always ask her questions and even come prepared with questions. If you don't ask, she won't tell. It is always best to be informed yourself, first. Oftentimes, I do have to wait. I understand it is a small practice with a lot of patients, so I wait. She is honest and thorough, which I appreciate. The nurse practitioner Chani Berger is so sweet, too! Even the male doctors I have seen and even one came to my room after my first two pregnancies to check on me, because Charnes was unavailable.

Very unprofessional doctor. She is always rushing and never takes time to explain anything. She ignored all my questions. I was 39 weeks pregnant and she sent me urgjent to the hospital to get me induced because she mentioned I have very low fluids but when I go to the hospital everything was ok. Not to mention we had an agreement at the beginning that she will assist during labor. The day came and she never showed up, disowned her promise. We had to drop her and get any doctor available from the hospital. She is an doctor by accident .

Her behavior is unforgivable. I’m 65 and walked to her office. Arriving out of breath I was told my appointment was not for 11:30 but that I had missed my appointment at 10:45. I had put the appointment in my calendar but may have made a mistake. I had been going there for 20 years at least and expected a nicer reception than I was given. She was in the office and not with any patients and there were no patients in the waiting room. I asked if she could see me please and was turned down. My eyes welled as I thought we had a relationship but obviously not. I also don’t trust that the staff had delivered my request. Maybe it was lunch break? I don’t know but I will never go back again.

Love her! I've been going to her for 16 years. She has gotten me through my first pregnancy as well as the 5 miscarriages that happened after the birth of my child. She will always answer any questions. She can seem rushed at times - but all you have to do is say I have more questions and she will take all the time with you that you need (which is not the same that I have found with all doctors). The practice has some wonderful office staff that remember each patient.

Dr Charnes was very dissapointing as a physician.She is neither patient nor kind to her patients.Her abruptness limits her ability to be a good doctor as she does not listen to her patients.If I could give less than one star she would warrant it.Not a good experience not a good doctor.

I was still on the table she tells me that I need to go for a pelvic sono and biopsy without giving any explanation other than I shouldn't be spotting at my age and she needs to know why. I have the pelvic sono and biopsy so I'm waiting for the results. They have a system where you never get a person but leave a message. I left a message and had to call again 2 days later and all I get was my results were negative period. I found the whole experience very unprofessional in every way.
