Dr. Stacey Smith, DPM

I love Dr. Smith. She has ALWAYS been professional and friendly. I have gone to her for several years. She is very thorough and explains everything to you in terms you understand. Her kindness and concern for her patients is a plus to her profession.

I have seen Dr. Smith for a few years and have always been treated respectfully on each visit. She thoroughly explains your issues in a way you can understand and offers a plan of treatment to overcome the issues. I highly recommend her for all of your podiatric needs.

I was referred to Dr. Smith, a podiatrist, for my broken toe. My primary physician HAD provided Dr. Smith’s office with my Medicare AND Humana info before making the referral. The receptionist informed me that they don’t accept my Humana, and that I would have to pay the $90 co-pay up front. I was shocked because my doctor DID provide my insurance coverage info. Dr. Smith, appeared at the window. I explained that I had waited (with a broken toe) for 5 weeks to see her. (The referral said “STAT”, but Dr. Smith replied that she determined that an earlier visit was not necessary, and that she didn’t like my tone and said that I should leave her office immediately, and closed the glass window separating the Waiting area from the reception desk. I said “OH DON’T BE RUDE!” Dr. Smith responded with “DON’T BE HERE!” Such sarcasm and inefficiency from a “medical professional” is DISGRACEFUL, and should only be rewarded with a review like this one.
