Dismissive
Dismissive. Answer was pushing medication without knowing the answer. In office assent only. Completely dismissed all symptoms in the whole picture. Blames mental health. 0 stars. Did not answer all the question and cut the appointment early. Took 8 months of agony to get here and dismissed in less than 20.

Dismissive, Cold, and Rude
There is nothing more disheartening than being treated like a nuisance or inconvenience while trying to self advocate in a medical system that repeatedly fails us. My physical symptoms have been dismissed as entirely psychological. Bedside manner has been rude, cold, and overall uncomfortable. Imagine being vulnerable and struggling with a diagnosis just to have the person you have as your doctor for said diagnosis to come into the room and make you feel judged. I would not recommend. It is unfortunate that the options in this area are so limited.

Cold demeanor, I felt judged and not very relaxed as soon as she came into the room. I did not feel heard, and felt like I could barely get a word in. Very quick to write things off as she feels fit, it seems. Physical concerns were immediately tied to my mental health, and it made my general concerns and symptoms feel invalidated.

Excellent and compassionate care
Dr. Lash was able to diagnose my son’s rare neurologic disorder very quickly. She ordered the correct diagnostic tests, and provided outstanding and compassionate care. I will always be grateful to her.

Open minded Doctor
I think she's awesome! Lash questioned other diagnosis and worked with me willingly on how I wanted treatment. I would recommend Lash to anyone who wants some say in treatment with a doctor who has an open mind to your wishes! Dr Lash also had alternative thoughts as opposed to most pill pushers.

One of the worst... giving one star is quite generous. She is absent when concerns are raised, neglects to review medical records, strong headed hypothesis without any supporting data, and does not work well with adjoining medical professionals (ex. cardiology or primary care). Lack of professionalism stands out stronger than her neglectful bedside manner. Waste of time. Search for another neurologist that is in the field for medicine; not the paycheck.

Never. In fact, I’ll be making sure everyone knows just how unprofessional she is at the patients expense.
