It seems he has a nasty habbit of
inappropriately touching female patients, I too had him place his forearms across my chest, I removed them with a female intern in the office and contacted UCHealth they did nothing. If you are female I would not see him. I also have seen many ENT docs for almost 30 years and never ever had one lay his arms on my breast. He literately had no reason to even be close to my breast he looking in my ears

I called my ENT doctor, Dr. Cass' office on Tuesday to discuss my current symptoms. I'm having a Ménière's episode. It started on Sunday. The RN that I spoke to said that my doctor was out of his office, but she scheduled me for a hearing test for Wednesday and she said she was going to make sure that I was seen by my doctor after the hearing test. The audiologist conducted the hearing test and afterwards she told me that she would be having me see my doctor. About 10 minutes later, she came back and said that he was "too busy" and that he was "behind schedule" and he would not be seeing me today. She then said that I would need to schedule an appointment. The receptionist told me the doctor was not going to be able to see me until August 27th! 3 weeks from now. How am I supposed to go 3 weeks with no treatment. The doctor was supposed to call Mr and I still have not heard anything. I'm bedbound with vertigo, sudden hearing loss, nausea, and vomiting.

I feel lucky to have found such an incredible physician that was finally able to help me. I’m 34 years old and have Ménière’s disease. When I first saw Dr. Cass, I was 32 and having debilitating Ménière’s episodes. It was to the point of falling down walking down the street or vomiting in a parking lot because the vertigo spells would come out of nowhere, several times a day. I had seen multiple doctors and surgeons at other practices and was told to keep taking Valium and diazepam. There was nothing else they could do. A friend referred me to Dr. Cass and Dr. Foster who finally helped me find relief and get my life back. Dr. Cass has the best bedside manner, he’s genuinely kind and is up to date on all the latest treatments available for Ménière’s. I haven’t had any problems since he did my treatment two years ago, not even one vertigo spell. I still see him every 6 months for check ups and look forward to seeing him. He’s kind & genuinely cares about his patients’ health.

Dr. Cass has been an amazing provider for treating my vertigo for the last several years. It can take 4-6 weeks to get an appointment, and if you aren’t one of the first appointments of the morning, you may have to wait, but it is because he spends as much time with patients as they need. I have never felt rushed or like he didn’t have time to discuss all of my options and concerns.

Dr. Cass has treated me for Migraines, Meniere's and allergies for the past 12 years. He has explained each condition carefully and in language I can understand. I have trusted him and his recommendations regarding medications because he explained what and why certain medications were used or canceled. I would, and have, recommended him to friends.
