Dr. Cooper is amazing, his office staff and medical records are unfortunately wildly unprofessional. My child was seen urgently for a significant issue that Dr.Cooper managed very well. The following day I received a call from his staff concerned because I had signed a medical release of records to another office due to an upcoming move, and they were upset that I had seen Dr. Cooper the day prior. Not once did they ask about my child’s health, they were more concerned about the fact that I had signed a form, and that I would not be able to follow up with Dr. Cooper until the next available “new patient” appointment in several months, despite the fact that my child is acutely ill. Would not recommend this practice given the difficulty of staff.

Dr. Cooper and Mr. Clayville are very knowledgeable and are fantastic with children. Some of the staff that work at the counter were unprofessional and for lack of a better word lazy! It is such an unpleasant experience dealing with the staff out front I am reluctant to recommend this organization to my friends or family.
