Dr. Stephen Krant, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Krant since 1997. Throughout the years, I have been lucky enough to have multiple facial services done by him. I am so happy with everything Dr. Krant has done for me. I am now 70 years old and I credit Dr Krant for helping me look as young as I feel. My last procedure two months ago was a fraxel laser repair. As always, I am extremely happy with the results. The after care I received was incredible. For five days following the procedure I was given an oxygen treatment to help with the healing and Dr Krant was there to check my skin. He even came to the office on Saturday and Sunday to make sure things were healing correctly. That type of care is wonderful and rare. Dr Krant is not only an excellent surgeon but a kind and caring man that cares deeply about all of his patients. Dr Krant and his entire staff are fabulous!

Dr. Stephen Krant is an amazing detailed and talented plastic surgeon. I’ve had 2 separate surgeries where he relived 12 years of pain from neck fusion. Scar tissue had developed after a surgery I had in 2010, it was essentially choking me. He removed the scar tissue and thanks to Dr. Krant and his amazing attentive staff, I can breathe easily for the first time in 12 years. Second surgery there was a mass on the back of my neck, he removed that mass; again for the first time in 12 years I’ve had complete pain relief from tingling/excruciating prickly pain in my fingers and hands, pain in my forearm and neck pain; full and complete pain relief! Dr. Krant Has stellar skills, and really cares about his patients. It’s almost like a second family. He makes sure you recover well! It is my personal opinion Dr. Krant and his office Are an awesome team working diligently to improve your life.

Highest recommendation. Not only do I have a fabulous result thanks to Dr. Krant & his team, they went well beyond the typical to make me feel so cared for. They spent many hours with me explaining options and the procedure, plus many followups just to check on me - though I had no issues post-op. They just CARE that much, even to the point of offering to drive me home post- surgery. We are blessed to have this brilliant plastic surgeon in La Jolla/greater San Diego. Dr. Krant is a true gem -- with a HUGE and CARING heart. And this applies to everyone in his office. Have never felt so pampered. Don't hesitate - he is the best!

Dr Krantz needs to retire! He’s grouchy, mean and can’t see. Stay away!

I went in for a consultation August 2020 and all of my questions were thoroughly addressed for my mommy makeover. The staff were very thoughtful, polite, and exceptionally professional. I had my surgery in October of 2020 and I love my results. As an African American woman, I was worried about how I would scar as I am prone to keloids and hyperpigmentation. I am completely blind from a catastrophic motor cycle wreck, which horribly disfigured my face, destroyed my eyes, nose, etc. My left cheek was completely flat from being crushed, and Dr. Krant gave me a new cheek, totally filled in the area under the left eye, giving it a more normal appearance. Dr. Krant is a wonderful, caring and amazing Dr. He takes his time to explain all the details of the procedure.I felt so comfortable with Dr. Krant I am so happy with the outcome of my procedures. Dr. Krant did my breast implants. He is a perfectionist. He listens, he has his patients take certain vitamins pre Sugery to boost the immune system. He made sure to handle my pain in an appropriate way, and his staff is wonderful. When I had tissue scarring on one breast - I went back to him! He did my friends breasts - they are beautiful and so are mine. He is very kind and caring of his patents. He took wonderful care of me.
