Dr. Nagy patiently answered all questions regarding my cataract surgery. Did not hurry, took the time to explain in detail what was to be expected before, during, and after the surgery. Staff was very professional and concerned with any issues that I had. Thank you Dr. Nagy and staff for a very easy & nice experience! Wonderful to see clearly again. WS, King, NC April 2021

Dr. Nagy took the time to listen to my concerns, identify my problems, and explained my options of how to treat them in ways I could understand. He eventually did surgery on me, which went well. I was comfortable through the whole process.

Sat in waiting area 45 min past appt time, sat another 15 minutes in exam room and left before seeing the doctor No one bothered to show the courtesy of notifying me doctor or technicians were running late, that's all it would have taken to please me. Nothing but bad experience with practice...Dr Nagy's competence certainly is not in question as he seems to be a fine physician. The practice is just run poorly...if you go, expect a long wait and indifferent treatment by support staff.
