Terrible job for a simple nose bleed.
Terrible treatment, I went for a bloody nose and he burnt the outside of my nostril and the skin under the nose right above the upper lip. Also burnt the entire inside of my nose and not just the spot causing the bleeding. Not the work of a specialist. It's time to retire if you can't see what you are doing! I will see another ENT to find out if I have permanent damage as the tissue inside looks damaged and nose still hurts inside and out after many days.

Great doctor and staff. I am 77 years old and have had trouble breathing through my nose all my life... even after deviated septum surgery years ago (before I found Dr. Bello). With one simple office procedure I can breathe easily through my nose... BOTH NOSTRILS. I am now a huge fan of Dr. Bello, trust him entirely and recommend him highly.

Dr Bello is kind and compassionate. He took care of my mother when we moved her to Florida. Mom was not an easy patient. Each time we went for an office visit he would tell her what she needed to do, but she never followed directions. At 93 she had a mind of her own. Dr Bello would explain it again and again. He never got annoyed with her, or lost patience. He Calmly explained her issue again and again. I was so grateful for the service he provided my mom during her time in Florida ANNETTE Tillman. Prior to my second visit, I received 4 texts & phone calls all wanting my confirmation that I would be on time for his appointment I arrived 5 minutes early. Several patients were in the waiting room, and after waiting for 45 minutes, I was sent to a room where I waited another 10 minutes. When Bello finally came in, I directly told him about his "pressing me to be on time, yet he was rudely late". He said "Let me tell you how we run things here". I said " No, I didn't want to hear your excuses - l see how you run your practice. Why would I ever want to come here again?". He never apologized. Running a practice is difficult, I know, and time management and communication are equally as important as clinical care. Bello needs to self-evaluate and make changes.

Review of Collier Otolaryngology, & their billing practices: .Horrendous and unethical business practice. Went to the doctor three times, not once in my three visits was I ask if my insurance had changed. Furthermore, every single visit their billing department said I had a $10 co-payment, when in fact, they weren't even in my new insurance Network and had made zero effort to verify with me nor contact my insurance company despite the fact that my first visit was 9 months into the new insurance

I contacted Dr. Bello's office yesterday for an appt. I don't have specialist insurance and requested an estimate of the charges because I am "self pay." The desk rep told me she couldn't provide an estimate. Maybe the desk rep was new and not familiar? So I asked for her manager who called back and left a vm saying the same thing. How can anyone be in business and not have a fee schedule?

Dr. Bello determined I had a deveated septum with a 90%+ blockage in the left side of my face. He did surgery, everything turned out great and what a wonder man and nose surgeon. In short Dr. Bello saved my life as the infection from my face was running up the left side of my nose having about 1 inch left before hitting my brain which would have killed me. He's also a very caring doctor for his patients and helps in any way possible to make you feel better emotionally and physically.

I myself have seen both doctors, "Dr. Magardino" an "Dr.Bello." Dr.Bello the sweetest and easy to talk to caring respect and empathetic to every patients needs an problems. Than he does an suggest whats best for you an your treatment. My father who is a former physician himself an also would highly recommend him to anyone. He has nothing but good words to say about Dr.Bello an his office an staff. The staff are highly efficient. Ex-specially his receptionist Pam an Jenny in the billing dep.
