Dr. Chatlin, hands down (feet down?!?), is the most competent podiatrist I have EVER had. He has taken care of my three broken feet over the years (ok, I'm a bit clumsy). Before Dr. Chatlin, I (and my 4 sons) had gone to other podiatrists who didn't come close to his knowledge and experience. He is patient. He takes time. He does not cut corners like some doctors do. He explained in great detail why an under-the-knee cast was necessary, the reasons a boot initially could do more harm than good, and in the kindest of manner, explained that for the foot to heal properly without lifelong issues, there is a methodology to follow. He's been correct each time; every broken foot I've had healed beautifully. No issues. I sadly have a broken foot again! Dr. Chatlin has taken care of me step-by-step. The cast is off, I'm in a full boot now, and I know that by following his directions, it will heal like the other breaks did: very well, without ANY lingering foot issues. A 5-star doctor, for sure.

I am a 70 year old female who has been Dr. Chatlin's patient for over 20 years. I have seen several doctors over the years. Dr. Chatlin is without a doubt THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD in my entire life!!!! He is attentive, caring and I trust what he says without question. I would highly recommend Dr. Chatlin to anyone who needs a podiatrist. I my humble opinion, Kaiser Permanente is very fortunately to have so a wonderful doctor on staff. I wish there were a higher grade than Excellent.
