Awful Doctor
I had routine sinus surgery with Dr. Feinberg in 2020. During surgery he hit an artery. This resulted in me bleeding out over half of my bodies blood at home twice, and in me needing 2 additional surgeries & 2 hospital stays to eventually cauterize the artery. Throughout the whole process Dr. Feinberg rude and argumentative, and kept blaming me for the bleeding. He kept saying I had a hemoglobin issue, and he had me go through blood tests to confirm his theory, but my bloodwork came back negative for that. I would stay far away from Feinberg if I were you.

Excellent ENT
Dr. Feinberg was so kind and diagnosed my issue and explained it thoroughly. He has an in office endoscopy that makes it so convenient. He seems to love what he does and he has an abundance of expertise in his field.

My First Visit
I don't generally write reviews but I had to for this one. The whole appointment was such a waste of my time. Instead of listening to what I have to say about my OWN symptoms, the doctor spent most of the time arguing with me about technicalities. In the end, he told me to continue with what I've been doing for the last 3 years which didn't work and that was the whole reason I went to see him in the first place. Total disappointment.

Terrible Experience!
I made an appointment to see this doctor under the recommendation of my primary care physician. The front office staff was extremely rude and demanding. After my copay, she started giving me a run down of how much I needed to pay even before I saw the doctor! I'm willing to let it slide because business is business, I get it. My experience with Dr. Feinberg was really unsettling. He literally spent 5 minutes with me before rushing off to see another. I didn't even finish explaining to him my symptoms and what medication I used before. Lo and behold, he prescribed me the same meds that I'd been using for awhile that didn't work. If he had only paid some attention and listened! My advice? Go find another ENT that will spend more than a mere 5 minutes with you, enough to at least warm up the seat...

I wish he had listened
I had seen Dr. Feinberg 3-4 times over the last 4, and thought he was knowledgeable. But today was a bust, and I found the limits of his expertise. By the end of my exam today, he was arguing with me over what is defined as a choking issue w food getting stuck vs post nasal drainage collecting in the back of the throat not causing choking, but breathing discomfort. He tried to convince me it is one & the same, and ignored how lots of OTC meds helps the latter. I mean, isnt it possible to have BOTH, but from two different & possibly overlapping causes? I left the office frustrated with not a single solution other than to fu back with my GI physician - all while having a Hx of sinusitis w evidence on CT. And upon further assessment of today's failed visit, I believe what was absent was a 2nd set of eyes/ears say from a wife, and a EMR portal that would have allowed me to update my Hx prior to my appt.

After decades of dealing with a large Zenker's Diverticulum I found Dr. Feinberg and Newport Voice and swallowing. Due to the large size of the Zenker's I was not a candidate for endoscopic surgery. I am in my 60's and have never had surgery or stayed in a hospital so I was apprehensive. The surgery went flawless. I spent one night in the hospital for observation and was home the next afternoon. There is a small incision in the neck and minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr Feinberg.
