Very kind and understanding
Dr. Grosser and his staff were very attentive, listened to my concerns and asked my input instead of dictating my care.I felt heard and understood.

Diagnosis ocular roscea
I saw 3 optometrists and had multiple meds prescribed over 2 years for red, runny, watery goopy eyes that no one could diagnose correctly. I was broken and crying when this amazing doc told me I had textbook ocular rosacea. 2 years and no correct diagnosis and he figured it out after 10 minutes. He is a great diagnostician and I'd give him 10 stars if it were an option! Thank you Dr. G!!!!

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Steven Grosser and highly recommend him. Surgeries for both eyes went very well, and I am pleased with the results. I especially appreciate Dr. Grosser’s transparency in responding to my questions, even my questions during surgery. He helped make me very comfortable, such that, after the first eye, I was looking forward to surgery on my second eye.

Not interested in helping me. Told me he's give me the name of someone who had more qualifications. I felt like merchandize. Guess I got eye exam OK but pretty wham bam without thank you mam. Adequate job I guess but no personal interest. Disappointing but then I'm old so what should I expect?

Dr. Grosser was recommended by two friends and I was not disappointed. My first cataract surgery was performed two years ago and the second eye done two weeks ago. Both went perfectly. Dr. Grosser and his staff were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the surgery. Professional, friendly and thorough are three words I would use to describe the experience.

My cataract surgery was extremely successful; I'm so happy with the outcome and the experience from beginning to end. In particular, Dr. Grosser was highly professional with great skills. I appreciated his ability to be supportive and a good listener. The rest of the office staff was also wonderful. I'd highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Grosser performed required checks and made needed referrals but seemed extremely bothered when asked questions and asked to explain recommendations in detail. He left the room during the appointment multiple times mid-sentence and generally seemed as though he couldn't be bothered to spend time addressing my concerns or spending even 10 minutes discussing his findings with me. I would not return to him and definitely would NOT recommend him to others.

Painless and excellent results. Had cataract surgery performed on both eyes a month apart, and only regret not having it done sooner. I was referred to Dr. Grosser by my regular eye doctor, and was very happy. He was thorough, explained everything, and quite nerdy - the kind of doctor that instills confidence with his attention to detail. I have recommended him to friends already.

I had an excellent experience with my cataract surgery The office personnel were very efficient and helpful. Dr. Grosser took as much time as I needed to answer my questions before and after the procedure. In short, an life changing procedure as I thought my days of driving a car were about to end. I'm very happy with the outcome of my surgery and highly recommend him!

Dr. Grosser is a kind and thorough eye specialist and I have been seeing him for several years. He diagnosed a problem that needed a retinal surgeon, and referred a great one, then removed a cataract several months later. I could cite more specifics, but I will just leave it that I trust this doctor with the most precious of my senses.

I discovered Dr. Grosser online, relying on the recommendations of other patients. To them, I say thank you for being so accurate in your recommendations. In addition to his obvious skill and knowledge, Dr. Grosser listened to me and worked with me to achieve the best outcome. I could not be happier with the care--before, during and after--and for the first time in many decades, I do not need glasses. Cataracts surgery at Philips was absolutely not a problem. I'm very pleased.
