This is the worst doctor office, the customer service is horrible. You can call about an appointment you will be on hold for an hour, then they will hang up on you when you answer ????????

All around worst Dr experience EVER!
This is the most incompetent practice I have ever been "treated" in. - First appt was 3 hours total in length (mostly waiting and being shifted around between staff). Finally saw the doctor a total of 5 min AT THE SAME TIME my blood was being drawn IN THE LAB. - LONG hold times when you call in. - I had to fight for my prescriptions/refills for DAYS. - 5 days for a return phone call from nurses after calling repetitively. - I'm diabetic and they would not refill prescriptions in a timely manner or call me back and allowed them to run out. For DIABETES medication! TERRIBLE CARE!!!!!

Front office person is very abrupt and rude. The wait to see doc was way too long. The doctor did not impress me with her bedside manner....very abrupt as well. I was told to call the office 5 days after I had my labs done. After numerous phone calls, no success. I did leave a message requesting them in the portal and after 12 days finally received them. The lab person was very kind and congenial. That was about the only thing that impressed me. There was nothing else here that prompts me to want to return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gangi since my initial diagnosis back in 2007. She is an amazing and caring doctor. I however have an issue with her office staff. Charges that should not be. Not answering phones. Leave VM to schedule appt and no return calls. Call to schedule they answer and referral not expired. Too many other issues

I've been seeing Dr. Gangi and Gary for about 10 years. I can't enough great things about them. On the other hand, the staff leave a lot to be desired. I call and leave messages, no response. They barely look at you when you come. No smiles AT ALL. I work in the medical field and I know how important it is to make your patients feel cared for and important. Not happening with their staff. Love Gangi and Gary!!!!

I took my mother to Dr Gangi, she is a wonderful person and the treatment given to my mother for her diabetes has really brought her blood sugars down. We have never seen her blood sugars so good and we are so glad we came to Dr. Gangi and her team.

Her clinic is super unorganized and I waited nearly an hour to be seen. She spent all of two minutes with me and sent me on my way. She hart answered any of my questions and seemed like she didn't care at all. I won't be back.

Dr. Gangi is an extremely kind and thorough doc. She was not just there to prescribe me medication but actually tried to help me with my disease through lifestyle first. I used to be on so many medications, but now because of her I am taking fewer meds but still getting better. Her staff and MA's were kind and efficient and her office was nice and organized.

Very grateful for Dr. Gangi, one of the only doctors to intesead of just giving a perscription and moving one, worked with me to have a lifestyle change so we could avoid medication. Having hashimotos, I did not know my diet would be a key factor in helping my thyroid. Thanks to dr. gangi, I don't have to take so much medication and am living a healthier life.
