Long term patient
I have been treated by Dr. Das since 2019 including cervical spinal surgery and fractured vertebrae. His ongoing treatments for the last 2 years involve corticosteroid injections to relieve back pain. He is very knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating. Great doctor!

Pain Free update from 10-14 review
I am 6 weeks out from my surgery and I am pain free. I will only be wearing my back brace for another week. I just finished a good walk through Stop and Shop! I couldn’t do that 6 weeks ago. I highly recommend Dr. Das to anyone that has back issues. I am so amazed at how this whole process went and how good I feel.Thank you Dr. Das

Sheer Agony Became Sheer Joy
I have a high threshold for pain, so when I developed pain in my lower back, I more or less 'just lived with it' for months. I finally couldn't bear the pain any longer so I searched online for a 'back pain doctor' and the Brain & Spine Neurosurgical Institute name came up. The website was highly informative. I opted for an appointment at their Johnston location because it was the closest to my home. This is an exceptional medical practice. From the front-office staff, to the nursing staff, to Dr. Das himself ... every facet of this medical office is absolutely perfect. They deliver fully on everything that is promised. I am elderly with no family. I no longer fear for my physical well-being because I have found a highly competent physician and a top-flight medical office I can trust. Wow. No more pain.

Lumbar Surgery by Dr. Das
We met Dr. Das a in middle of 2023 due to my father having pain in his back and legs from caused by his nerves. Dr. Das and his team quickly evaluated my father and suggested a treatment plan. The planned ultimately led us to a lumbar spine surgery which Dr. Das and the team at Fatima hospital performed and executed perfectly. He and everyone involved were gracious and treated my dad with much care and dignity. We were informed of everything every step of the way and the entire process was amazing. My dad is 79 and is feeling much better now and is able to walk more due to Dr. Das’ care. We thank you very much.

Outstanding Physician
Dr. Das pretty much saved me! I was living with relentless & debilitating pain from Lumbar Spondylosis that was effecting every area of my life. I dealt with this for so long and nothing I did, including Chiropractic care was helping. Dr. Das treated me and I have had my life restored and now live with hardly any pain at all. To me, this doctor is a godsend.

I will definitely recommended Dr. Das to all my friends and family. He did my first back surgery on July of 2020. I had a excellent result and four weeks ago he performed the fusion.

Dr. Das barely answered my questions before my procedure, giving noncomittal and vague responses. After every question he urged me to begin my epidural cervical injections. He was in a hurry the entire time and I had to ask my other questions while the procedure was being performed, then had my concerns blown off as all being part of another disease I have, even though another specialist since said otherwise. I've been in dire pain since these injections and they couldn't care less. My initial consultation was done by a student and an assistant. I didn't even meet Dr. Das until the day of my procedure. After I called and left messages I got a call from an assistant that never saw me who said take ibuprofen even through I said it wasn't working. I said I don't want narcotics but my prescription medication wasn't helping. I felt like I was being blown off as a drug seeker. I still haven't gotten a call from Dr. Das and I'm in worse pain than before. I don't recommend him at all.

My neck has been causing me immense pain for months, and I couldn't get in anywhere because of covid... I got an appointment within two weeks for an evaluation and then an injection, and my pain is almost gone! They followed all of the proper safety guidelines too, I am very happy I chose BSNI!

Dr. Das and his team helped me immensely with my back problems. I had already been seeing another doctor who could not diagnose me, but I got an imaging consultation from Dr. Das and he saw my problem immediately! I started injections within two weeks and am now mostly-pain free

Dr. Das operated on my mother and it couldn't have gone better. She hadn't been able to walk for years due to her pain but she was up and moving within days after her surgery, it was nothing short of a miracle. I can't praise or recommend Dr. Das enough, it was the best treatment we have ever gotten

Ruined my life, put screw in wrong way during 2 disc fusion, rushed me in for 2nd surgery the following week. The screw fractured my si, severed my nerves and I still take 16 pills a day plus now a battery in my back. I was only 35 when I became permanently disabled.
