Caring Doctor
Dr. Suraj Jacob, went above and beyond in caring for my dad during his recent hospital stay. Not only did he exhibit exceptional medical expertise, but his genuine compassion and consistent communication truly set him apart.From the moment we met Dr. Jacob, it was evident that he was not just a doctor, but a true advocate for his patients.It was clear that he saw my dad as more than just a medical case – he saw him as a person with feelings, fears, and hopes.Dr. Jacob's commitment to keeping us informed. In addition to his regular visits to my dad's bedside, his daily phone calls to provide updates were a lifeline for me and my family. During those conversations, he would take the time to discuss my dad's progress, explain any changes in the treatment, and address any questions or concerns we had.He was the only one that listen to us at the hospital, thanks to him my dad didn't ended up in a coma state for the 3rd time.In conclusion, I strongly recommend Dr. Suraj Jacob.
