Unprofessional, uncaring, and unapologetic. Do not go here unless you want to have your time wasted and your health problems to get worse. Took 11 weeks for a specialist authorization. 5 weeks for an x-ray. A month for SDI paperwork (just to be denied, which they could've done within 5 days, but instead left us without income for a month). They flat out don't care about you. Called so many times, they hardly answer or call back. They took 13 days just to call my surgeon. It's all on record. If you had a bad experience here. Write about it. Otherwise, they'll just keep getting away with messing up people's lives.

His office is always clean. And amazing staff! His pa James is the best ps I have ever had. James will help you out and make shear younger that care you need. I have been with them since 2016 and I am not changing anytime soon. I had a problem with a referral and called and talked to him it was fixed the same day! He makes shear everything is working for your benifet!

Do NOT go to this doctors office. They do NOT return phone calls. They also lied to me and said my insurance denied a medication when they never even filed for a prior authorization. Pure laziness! I'm looking for a new Primary care doctor

I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy`s since about 1998 & he has always listened to cared about what I had to say. Evrn though the staff has changed over the years he has remained the content. He is an awesome caring doctor. He also cared for my children.

He does not return calls, even though patient is in discomfort. Unresponsive to urgent medical issues relating to patient with stage 4 cancer. Makes a tragic situation impossible to navigate. Malpractice on two legs.

This office staff is morally bankrupt. Responsiveness is lacking in our case for a terminally ill patient, we were told, in person, I'm sorry, we have 14 days to give you your records on a referral to hospice. do not return tel. calls in a timely way.
