Dr. Susan Behnawa, MD

I switch doctors because she was highly recommended by many. I called beginning of August to get appointment which they said new patients take one hour so gave me September 22. I kept calling for cancellations, but even worse they moved it to September 29. Which really upset me, but I thought she might be so busy because she must be really good. She didn’t listen to my concerns. Only concentrated in one or two. She was in a hurry and was there for about 10 minutes. Disappointed me big time. I’m waiting to see if it will be the same in the future, otherwise I’ll switch again. My chiropractor requested X-rays which they said needed appointment for authorization, which gave me for 2 weeks by phone with PA. I couldn’t believe it. I’m not happy.

I love dr Susan but can never get through on phone. Don’t understand why this is. Have been trying all day. Left message on my chart two days ago and no response?

I work in ICU and COVID hit hard. I was depressed beyond words. I spoke with Dr Behnawa and she was so kind. It was easy to talk to her. She never passed judgement and helped me. She started me on meds and worked with me while I struggled to find the right therapist. She is a true gem. Compassionate, empathetic and so intelligent. I will forever be grateful to of had her as my doctor.

Dr. Behnawa is a great listener. Inever felt hshe is in a rush to leae the room. SHe took time to reply and explain answers to my questions. SHe is sensitive to patients need and her suggestions are so to the point. I was luck to have found her. They take special care to disenfect the office in this pendamic.

She’s not a one size fits all, she really caters her treatment options to you and your lifestyle and what makes you feel comfortable. It feels so good to be heard and I’m so thankful for her.
