Former patient.
Dr. Hrabal moved on from my Healthcare facility. I only saw her a couple times but thankful for that. She sent me to a specialist who determined my former doctors were killing me. I knew they were. Dr. Hrabal had seen my chart and wanted feedback before proceeding. I have a multimorbidity which makes it difficult for doctors to balance their approach. Unfortunately by the time it was found out what needed to be done, Dr. Hrabal was no longer at my facility sonI had to find another doctor. Fortunately I found another good doctor. My point is that my new doctor was benefitted by Dr. Hrabal sending me to a specialist, and I have been recuperating since.

Very Rude
She was very Rude and talked down to me the entire appointment and made me feel threatened for renewal of my DOT med card. She stated that she used to be in private practice. I can see why she works in an emergency care facility.

Not a doctor to go to
The doctor I had retired and was chosen a doctor by optum. . Went in to meet her for the first time Doesn’t hear the needs of the patients and tries to implement her beliefs instead of trying to understand the patient She has no desire to get to know her patients I walked away feeling unheard, didn’t help me and definitely changing doctors . Don’t waste your time with this doctor most unprofessional, lack empathy and understanding of the patient and no passion for what she does

I was a patient a few years ago, when I first moved here. The first thing she said is 'I can only deal with one issue per visit'. I had to schedule subsequent appointments as I have several disabling conditions that I needed to have addressed. She was arrogant, judgmental and uncaring. I feel sorry for others that have been traumatized by her, and hope to warn others. If you are looking for any kind of compassion, look elsewhere. She is likely to make matters worse, especially if you are a sensitive person looking for someone who understands your concerns. When I read the other reviews, I was almost relieved to see that her contempt, for at least some of her patients, was not limited to just me. My current Doctor can confirm that Dr. Hrabel's judgement and treatment was not appropriate; and certainly did harm me by exasperating my stress and delaying needed treatment.

Worst doctor’s appointment I ever had. Came in after being raped for an STD check, and she not only made me relive the situation in detail, but she also had the audacity to chastise me. I get regularly checked for STDs (as an sexually active adult who knows that condoms do not prevent the spread of all STDs), yet she said things to me such as, “This seems to be a trend with you. Do you know what condoms are?” She then proceeded to imply that I was not screaming loud enough while I was being raped and she topped off the appointment by suggesting I carry condoms in my purse because there are “boys in DC (the place I was spending the summer) too.” Keep in mind that I had been raped. Clearly the worst appointment I have ever had. She was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I’ve had her before and noticed that she only cared about me as a patient after she asked what university I go to and what my parents do professionally, but this was an unparalleled, terrible experience.

Terrible. Never examined me. Said I could only discuss 1 thing. Then said, "see a specialist". Finger in my face when I asked about migraine help, "I said ONLY 1 thing!". Insulting, rude, worse than a waste of my time. Davita Med Group "customer service" said doesn't matter how I was treated, still must pay for her clicking on a computer.

When it comes to finding a doctor who actually takes the time to sit down and truly listen to your Health Care concerns, there's no better doctor than Dr. Hrabal. I never felt like my appointments were rushed and I always felt like I was sitting down with a friend who only had my best interests at heart.

Dr. Hrabal has been our doctor for 4 years. I was worried when we relocated to Pueblo I would not be able to find a doctor that we would be comfortable with. I drove 2 hours for 1.5 years to our old dr untill I had to see a dr quickly, I am so greatful it was her. She is great at her job she is quick, thorough, she listens to any concerns and works thru them on a personal basis. I appreciate her and recommend her 100%

I searched for a family care doctor for my family for months before I came across Dr. Hrabal. The scheduling was efficient and done mostly over the phone before I even went into the office, expediting my time in the waiting room day of the appointment. I am very pleased with Dr. Hrabal herself. I finally found a doctor who I feels cares about me and my family. She did not seem concerned with some of the biggest concerns I had with my health, but I feel she adequately diagnosed my issues.

I had to start going to Dr. Hrabal, after my doctor of 8 years up and quit. She isn't personal with her patients or at least not with me. I started seeing her last July. Since then have only seen her, maybe, 6 times. She has yet even gotten close to me to even check my ears or heart. She sits across the room on her laptop. The only thing she has been good for is renewing my prescriptions and referring me to awesome specialists, and for that I am grateful, but as my regular doctor, NOPE.

This office and doctor will not fill out any paperwork without scheduling an appointment first and you can not be seen for a condition and have paperwork filled out on the same visit causing the patient to be billed for multiple visits. Also, she did not take my concerns seriously or bother to followup with a pre-existing issue I had been treated for by my Dr prior to moving go colorado. The office also wouldn't let me try a different Dr in the same office.

I made an appointment for a annual physical. I made it clear that my insurance only covers a physical. She only took a family history. I received a bill for over $250 that my insurance would not cover because she had not given me a physical. I understand that it is standard practice to do a new patient appointment in some practices but I specifically asked for a physical and should have been told if I was going to be billed for something else. I will never return to Dr. Hrabal.
