Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Carr does not listen, she is easily annoyed and shows it, appears more interested in her students than her patients. She has never once tried to figure out why or what is causing the symptoms, gives up and or blames the patient when a treatment doesn’t work, and has become incredibly condescending. The office and front desk are very disorganized and unfriendly. Maybe it’s burnout. I don’t know but I won’t be back.

Okay, so this is the second time I've seen Dr. Carr. The first didn't go so well and I was forgotten in the room for 45 minutes before anyone came in. THIS time, they took me in promply; Dr. Carr was in within 10 minutes. She took the time to go over why I was back and set up the allergy testing. She was very knowledgeable, informative and easy-going. I really enjoyed this visit with her. She is very much like someone you'd want to sit and have coffee with and just chat.

Dr Carr is a very sweet person but seems more interested in teaching and research than patient care. The cash cow for this Banner clinic is the steady stream of patients getting allergy shots. Her nurse is undoubtedly one of the rudest people on the planet.
