Dr. Tehilla Steiner, MD

Dr. Steiner has been our daughter’s ophthalmologist since she was two years old. Since the first visit we knew we were in the right place. Dr. Steiner is the most caring and informative doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She will spend as much time needed explaining everything in detail and answering any questions you may have. Your appointment will never be rushed and you will leave feeling as though you just finished speaking with a close friend verses a doctor because she makes you feel that comfortable and at ease. The office staff is just as great! My daughter needed surgery to tighten the muscles in her eyes to stop them from drifting outwards. We knew going into the surgery that she may need a second surgery in the future. When my daughter was 8 we knew the time had come that she would need the second surgery. Since her first surgery we have relocated to Central Florida but we still make the two hour drive down to see Dr. Steiner. Last year my daughter had her second surgery and everyone in the office worked to schedule everything to make it as easy as possible for us knowing we live far. I promise if you’re looking for a pediatric ophthalmologist Dr. Steiner will always go above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how much we love Dr. Steiner and her team!

Dr. Steiner performed eye surgery on my son. From our very first appointment she was very professional, friendly and thorough. She made my son, my husband and myself feel very comfortable and secure in her doing the surgery. The surgery went exactly how it was described and was successful. After the surgery, Dr. Steiner called personally to check up on my son daily, including the weekend. She offered to see my son even after office hours if needed. Dr. Steiner goes above and beyond for her patients. She takes the time to speak to the child and parents to ease any worry or concerns. She treats her patients like family and I wouldn't tade her for anyone!
