Dr. Teresa Hubka, DO

I've been seeing Dr. Hubka for 24 years. She's a brilliant doctor and surgeon. She remembers every detail of my medical and family history and she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, understand and she will persist until she gets to the root of any issues. She is also very accommodating to various perspectives and made the delivery of our children flawless. She is the best doctor in the world, really.

For a 9:30 appt I arrived at 9:20. At 10:55, I left & never saw dr, On way out, I chatted w/2 others, who told me waiting up to 2 hours is common. I asked for my paperwork. I had to PUSH to have it ret’d. At 12:45 I called for John, to confirm insurance wasn't charged. He told me it wasn’t as I never saw dr. When I told him 3 hours out of my work day gone, & I should bill dr for MY time - he laughed. When I asked him what was funny, his reply was "Good luck with that" & hung up on me.

Do not use this office! WORST experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The customer service with the office manager, Jolynn was horrible. First, when I got a UTI and the doctor was out of the country, I was told I would have to wait 5 days for antibiotics. The office had to wait till the Dr responded to her email and they had no time frame for when she would respond. Secondly, when trying to get my birth control figured out I was met with nothing but road block after road block with Jol
