Our virtual visit was a new experience for me, but it felt like a normal in-person visit. Dr. Hoag was his usual professional and engaging self, and we covered an assortment of issues that were addressed in a satisfactory manner. He really cares about the well-being of his patients, especially in these anxious times, and I appreciate his candor and empathy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Two teleconferences and seeing Dr Hoag in his office for the last 3 or more years lead to a similar visit: feel listened to and leave with a plan for success. Dr Hoag asks questions, listens, smiles, remembers and recommends a best course of treatment which in my experience, always gives healthy results. Feel blessed he's one of my doctors.

Dr Hoag takes his time, listens closely, asks pertinent questions, and exhibits interest in the "whole patient," not just the immediate issue at hand (which in this case was a filleted finger and ways of treating requiring ER or urgent care visit).

My visit with Dr. Hoag was
via the telephone. We chatted about the Coronavirus and how I could be tested to tell if I had it in December along with my partner. He went over my meds with me and asked if I had any questions.
It was satisfactory since I don’t have any complaints!

Facetime for a prescription for double ear infection. I forgot about the appointment and he called me on my cell phone. Me, my wife and my five kids all think Dr. Hoag is great. Friendly and focuses on your lifestyle as preventative medicine instead of pushing pills.
