Dr. Tiffany Jen, MD

Our Dad had been a pt of hers for a few years. We have been struggling to get his moved from his house to independent living. She took time, listened to Dad and showed respect to his and us. We highly recommend her for care, compassion and calm serenity.

I saw Dr Jen after a ER follow up. She referred me to a Pulmonary Dr & a Urologist . She promised to follow with me. It has now been six months & I have not received one follow up call from her or her office. I have cancer & I need a good doctor that cares about her patients. Needless to say she does not. I would never refer her to anyone I know. What a disappointment!

When we moved to the desert 6 years ago we tried several doctors. After choosing Dr Jen we are very happy with our choice. She always listens and remembers what you discussed on previous visits. Open to helping find solutions to any problems and concerns you may have. Office staff is friendly and always helpful

I've been a patient of Dr. Jen for about 5 years. She is the BEST primary care physician I have ever been experienced in my 81 years of life. I'm pround to be here patient.

My mother had been check up and care by Dr. Jen for several years now. Last time her visited was on June. And on July my mother just passed away for 98 years old.So I sent message to them through My chart about my mother . Only 2 days or so now , but never ever any words from them at all. Usually I sending message to them they picked up quickly response to me.But now , one of Patient no longer make money for them , they don't care ??Sorry , but I feel like it totally . What kind of people that......But now I know .

Excellent! She really listens and offers possible solutions to resolve the health issue. I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The office staff is wonderful as well. They respond quickly to my emails regarding refills on prescriptions or other non-urgent questions.

We moved to the Palm Desert area two years ago and were very apprehensive about the medical care we might find. We previously had Dr's that were part of the Scripps in San Diego and prior to that we were in Baltimore and had care from John Hopkins physicians. Both groups and Dr's were excellent. Dr. Jen has exceeded our expectations for knowledge responsiveness, listening and overall care. You are in great hands with Dr. Jen

I like her but her office does not get back to you. If you are sick Friday morning, you can expect not to get an answer until Monday afternoon. She only asks routine questions and it is almost impossible to get ahold of her. This as been going on for 1 year, through about 4 encounters that were like talking to telehealth. She never calls but her staff may or may not get back to you. They do not do anything different and I suggest looking elsewhere. Their recommendations are from Google.

She is very good in every aspect! I love her!

Dr Jen has excellent communication skills and listens closely to concerns. Responds quickly thru the patient portal. Follows up quickly. I am pleased to find an internist who I can trust.

Excellent doctor, a true health care provider that takes the time to listen to you and all things happening within your galaxy. Dr. Jen knows how to communicate, is awake and has the energy. If your serious about your health you want her on your team.

I liked her at first. But I realized, after a very bad experience with following her recommendation, that she does not think outside the box. She only knows how to prescribe drugs and follow protocol. She is not open to new or different ideas if they fall outside the influence of Big Pharma.

Dr Jen gives individualized care with great competency while listening to specialized concerns of her patients. She knows Medicine in all aspects and goes above above and beyond for patients in her practice. Iris

Great, listens, understands a patient. I have "white coat syndrome" and it is essential that I really relax and Dr. Jen is aware. I will be needing a liver transplant and she is a primary care giver. I have studied liver situations very much, and her knowledge was a good as a Liver Specialist at Mayo Clinic. Jay B
