Doesn't listen, fake smile, in accurate notes
I accompanied my wife to her appointment. Dr. Mork ignored everything my wife said and obviously didn't look back on her chart at what other doctors had wrote, either Her only advice is to lose weight but offered no help on how to do it. Her notes suggested my wife had a condition that she didn't mention at all during the visit, much less recommend a course of treatment for it. We understand she has a weight problem, but underlying conditions make it more difficult and she fails to understand this. Basically, you're on your own to lose weight and won't get any help until you do so. Also had inaccurate and rude comments in the notes. Smiles a fake smile in your face then makes nasty cmments in the notes, how professional!

Dr Mork was exceptional in her communication with me. She was pretty much up to date on my medical history of the last year, which is pretty extensive. She was very "present" (not distracted) which seems to be something of a lost "art" when conversing with people. A super nice experience.

The service was amazing from beginning to end.. The best experiences thus far.. Staff was in time, respectful, considerate and the doctor didn't seem rushed and really focused on me. While I know she has other patients, during my appointment she made me feel like I was her most important patient

Dr Mork is a breath of fresh air in compatison to many of the physicians I've seen. She's very knowledgeable about my issue and discusses my treatment options every time I see her. She listens to my concerns and answers my many questions.

She called me by the wrong name twice in different visits. Repeatedly prescribed meds that that would not work with condition or were not covered by insurance. Also added I was a drug user to my file and took me months to have it removed by the hospital. She would always say " I am so bad with computers". Get it together, you are a doctor. Know your patients! And if you need a class on computers so you don't add the wrong thing to someones file maybe see someone.
