Good Dr, impossible to reach - staff does NOTHING
I need a change in meds & have called FOUR times, several weeks apart. Insurance has changed. Glaucoma EYE drops went up to $200 per tiny bottle. Insurance gave me an alternative that will only cost $1.45. I've left messages with staff FOUR times - no call back. I cannot get new med without new prescription. I was just in for a complete work up, pd my co-pay of $171. Now no one will call me back. WHY???? I've been kind & patient. Now, I'm angry. I like Dr. Kovoor but this is WRONG!!! Is this worth going blind?

I waited and hour and ten minutes to see him. Never came in the room left. The waiting room was packed. No place to sit. Overbooking, for money. Not mine.

My morning started out very poorly. I called in because I was running late due to an issue with my garage door not opening. I was praying that this would not be an indication of what the rest of my day would be like. I called in ahead to make the office aware of my misfortune and was told that I had a 15 minute grace period. However, I still broke all rules of the road trying desperately to make it on time. When I arrived the front counter person did not greet me friendly, and found it necessary to make me aware that I was 20 minutes late, in front of the other patients waiting in the office, even though I was told I had a 15 minute grace period. I set their quiet, but embarrassed until I looked to my left and saw a lady starring at me with a sweet smile as to say its okay. After I went to the back, Dr Kovoor and the technician made me forget all about my experience in the front. He is very personable as well as professional! Dr Kovoor talks to you; He explains details and leaves no q

I picked Dr. Kovoor over others closer to home and work just because his reviews online were so stellar. I’m glad I did - the reviews held true. He took his time, made me feel like he cared, was kind, and addressed my concerns effectively. I highly recommend him.

My experience was exceptional from the reception to the nurses and ultimately with Dr. Kovoor. The professionalism, genuine interest in me and my surgery were exceptional. The cataract surgery was a total success and explanations of my responsibilities both before and after were clear and concise. I could not have had a better experience. I have already told several people about my experience and highly recommended Dr. Kovoor to them. Thanks for a caring experience.

Dr Kovoor ensured that I was aware of all my options from day one. He also recommended recommended appropriate treatment, while ensuring I was not taken to the cleaners. His staff are very courteous, and despite the crowd, the wait time is barely noticeable.
