Not compassionate
I felt like Dr Tina was rushing me and was not very understanding. She did not seem to care about my situation. I will look for some one more compassionate.

I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr Tina Blachut over the last few years. So far, I have seen her for routine annual health examinations and comprehensive reviews of my health. I find her to be kind, patient, and thoughtful.

Dr. Blachut is a great physician. However, the staff needs to be replaced. Whomever answers the phone is completely unprofessional. Seems that I need to do their job every time I call. The clinical staff made 2 lab errors and instead of making sure they didn't mess up anything else again, I request a referral and I HAD TO CALL THEM 3 days later to find out what was going on. The answer I got was "yea, it's ready to be picked up, it will be printed when you come in". I had to ask that it be printed and ready when I arrived. Had I not called, would anyone have cared to call and let me know what was going on? I changed PCP's after she rudely hung up on my when I was in the middle of a sentence. Don't waste your time. A doctor can be great, but unless that's the only person you will be dealing with-it's not worth the frustration.

I like Dr. Blachut a lot. She is extremely kind & genuinely caring. The biggest complaint I have is the staff at the Des Plaines office. They are EXTREMELY rude, down to the Office Manager. They are not helpful at all and are constantly requesting that I do their job. For example, they should have called to see if a procedure was covered under my insurance, instead they gave me the bill code and told me I needed to call. My prescription refill was a similar situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very incompetent. Called my mom with her test results and claimed my mom has a pacemaker. Well, she does not have a pacemaker. My mom will not be returning to that office. Very disappointed.
