Very good listner, caring doctor
Every visit is pleasant. Dr. Duncan listens very well when I have to say something and respond with her professional knowledge. Referral so far has been to another great specialists (I have experienced opposite before). Office staff is friendly and caring. Also, it is convenient some tests can be performed at the office.I feel totally relaxed about visiting Dr. Duncan.

Dr. Duncan has been my primary physician for 5 years and is very professional in both her practice and social approach. The office wait times can be longer than expect on occasion but Dr. Duncan gives her total undivided attention to her patients. She always goes over findings/tests and offers helpful preventive tips to improve patient health and lifestyle.

Trying to get 3 prescriptions refilled but the staff member responsible has procrastinated for a week. My daughter left 3 voice messages and was on hold for 20 with no response. I even had my son-in-law drive to the office (30 min drive) to request she call the pharmacy but she did not. Horrible patient care.
