Great experience
Dr. Foster has been the best for offering treatments options other than surgery. He is very thoughtful in his explanations and encourages two-way communication to best serve the patient. I would highly recommend Dr Foster.

Unprofessional Staff
I was referred to Dr. Foster injections by another surgeon since my herniated discs aren't bad enough for surgery again. I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Foster until 2 months later. Finally went to see Dr. Foster for my consultation and learned that he was not there at Arlington's location and that my appointment had been cancelled. What?! No one called, texted, or left any messages that my appointment was cancelled. They said I had to reschedule and the next available appt. is another month out and at a different location. I was really upset since it took 2 months for my appointment and they cancelled without letting me know. And then, take another whole month before I can see Dr. Foster at a different location. Three months is too much for a consultation appoint. No telling when after this appt. can I get my injections done. I decided to walk off and find another doctor.

Dr. Foster has HIS limitations, and it doesn’t matter what kind of pain your in. He has his own disposition, and he doesn’t listen to your needs. What is neat about him is I do believe he has a good moral base, a faith. But, at the same time treat and listen to your patients when they are being completely honest with you, and be there for them when they tell you they really are in pain. You come across rude, when they confide in you, as a doctor.

The greeting at the entrance and check in screening is friendly, quick, and very efficient. The wait time is minimal. Dr. Foster's nurse welcomes me in a friendly and comfortable attitude. She is very efficient in her preliminary questioning. Dr. Foster enters the exam room shortly thereafter and is very attentive to my questions, and conducts his exam in a very professional manner. Dr. Foster's friendly, good natured way is very reassuring to me as his patient for the last few years. I am very thankful for having been referred to, and having Dr. Foster as my Orthopedic Dr.

I’m sure that dr. Foster is a good doctor. But the people that make the appointment suck. The last two appointment that my wife hS made they have sent her to the wrong doctor office and so she has missed her appointment and has had to reschedule and then wait 2-3 weeks for another appointment
