Very bad experience
Staff was very short and impatient. They don’t understand how to code for payment. Dr. Johnson does not explain anything when she is pressured. It’s all about the money with Unity healthcare and this group. Do your health a favor and look elsewhere.

Dr. Johnson is fantastic. She listens, she cares and she helps. I have improved my health immensely under her care. I have lost weight, reduced my medications and just so happy.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for many years and I would not change from her for nothing. She is compassionate, empathetic, very thorough and believes in being ahead of the game not behind it; she listens to her patients, she takes her time with patients, and she never tries to rush thru her exam and lets you know that her plans are and why. I love her, she is a GREAT doctor.

Since a change in the way incoming calls to the individual physicians office in this group are being managed (a centralized, "middleman" process) the wait times on the phone have very significantly increased and are really unacceptable. More importantly, because the patient is no longer calling directly into the their own physicians office, the interaction is very cold and impersonal. This does not reflect on the direct care provided by Dr. Johnson, but does significantly impair access.

After having to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Johnson, I was informed that I not going to be able to be brought on as a new patient because the scheduling website glitched out (their words) and I was listed as a no-show. Instead of working with me, as the glitch was not my fault, they informed me that Dr. Johnson lost a 1/2 hour of time due to the scheduling website's mistake, and I was out of luck. I do not recommend. They decided to choose money over my health.

Both Dr. Johnson and her staff are very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very impressed with how efficiently the office is run while at the same time maintaining a very friendly atmosphere. Wait time is minimal. Clinically, I have a high degree of confidence in Dr. Johnson and would definitely refer her to others.
