Dr. Vasdev Lohano, MD

2 and half weeks ago I went in person to my pharmacy to request refill for my medication so would be ready mid month when I needed to take it. I have had long wait times in the past. Spent this entire week trying to get PA for pharmacy. Pharmacy faxed office 3-4 times. Called office and got answering service who sent message to the office. I left message on MyChart. Got answer from Nea that I can’t get meds because I missed appt in Nov; which was not true because it was rescheduled to December and was completed. How is this missed and now 2 days late on meds and get a call from Dr on Friday to tell me emergency line is not for refill and he can’t do a PA until Monday because office is closed? I work in the healthcare industry and this is an access to care issue and should definitely be addressed by Baptist and his office staff. He said first he heard about my issue. Then said system issue and lots of people affected. Then why wasn’t I called or fixed sooner? Very frustrating.

I have been requesting my prescriptions to be refilled and a whole request from my pharmacy are missed completely or overlooked.

He was very rude to me!!! I will never forget his lack of bed side manner!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t take a flea to see him!!!

Dr Lohano has done an excellent job of helping me with my thyroid issues. He and his staff at Daviees Community Health Clinic are professional, kind and caring.

My son has been seeing Dr. Lohano for almost 5 years. He has been treated for Hypothryroidisim. After researching this disease, I suggested more tests, T3 blood work and thyroid antibodies tests. This was not done on the last visit. We went to another doctor, a hormone specialist. A complete blood work was ordered. His antibodies are off the chart. His T3 is off and he has other deficiencies. Dr Lohano is not thorough with testing. My son says the doctor and staff do not care.

I just had my 3rd visit with Dr. Lohano and each time I love him a little more. He takes time with me, he does ask questions and allows me to ask questions. I am diabetic, Type 2. I never feel judged. I feel cared for. He helps me and encourages me to help myself.

He spent three minutes with me. He never even asked if I had questions. He announced I needed a biopsy left the room and was gone. I never even spoke to the man. He was cold and indifferent. He didn't even bother to introduce himself.
