Dr. Venkat Ganapathy, MD

A true professional. I have seen Dr G. Several times. I look forward to each interaction with this expert in orthopedic medicine. I am impressed. He has a knack for explaining your condition thoroughly. He Patiently and companionatly explained in detail my options for treatment. Backing up his evaluation by showing test results in MRI. I feel that I completely understand my situation. Dr. G is a clear, effective communicator. I trust him. Dr.G assessed the big picture of my Healthcare experience . He saw fit to offer me options for care not specific to his expertise but guided me and provided the means and avenues to promote my overall health. My experience is he exudes quality of patient care. Dr. Ganapathi is a quality asset of Banner healthcare. Thank you - keep doin what you do Venkatananarian. You're the best!

i am a new patient and am very impressed with Dr Ganapathy i am 70 years old had 10 previous surgeries and as a result i have flat spine syndrome in a great deal of pain and he has given new hope that the rest of my life can be much better thank you Mr.DR. Ganapathy and god bless you

Dr Ganapathy did back surgery in January 2o17. He is a great surgeon with great compassion. I hope he has settled into his new job in Arizona. Best wishes, Sandra Cox

Did not look at my current drug regime and discussed with my GP about writing a drug that causes a serous and possibly deadly reaction with my pain medicine. Had to go to Erlanger Emergency Room. 48 hour stay. Had not reviewed my EMG report prior to my follow up. After visit report minimized the pain I was in and minimized my debilitating condition. After visit report mentioned me getting ELSI injections. I cannot have anymore ELSI injections per pain management physician. Dr. Ganapathy does not have a clear understanding of pain associated with spinal stenosis. I did not come to him looking for medication or surgery. I only wanted to know the source of nocturnal low back pain which was waking me up every two hours. I suggest he spend time in Siskin looking a images and comparing them to thats patients pain and lack of mobility. I should have seen a neurosurgeon not an orthopedic surgeon.

He is great. But trying to talk to anybody except the person who answers the phone is impossible. I need info about the injection he is having dr Huffman to do on me. Before it happens not After.

This was my second visit with Dr Ganapathy. This time the entire staff was courteous and my wait time was less than 5 minutes after signing in. Stephanie his nurse was especially helpful. Dr Ganapathy himself is amazing. He took a great deal of time going over the results of my MRI and explaining my condition and options. He’s by far the most compassionate and caring physician I’ve ever met and that covers a lot of territory. Please disregard my first visit review. If I could remove it I would.

I would give more stars if I could. He is amazing!! I have never encountered a Doctor with more compassion and care for his patients. He never rushed us in and out of appointments, takes ample time explaining things to us and does not make you feel rushed into making decisions. He is honest on his diagnosis and very thorough! We have and will continue to recommend him to our friends and family and he will be our orthopedic surgeon from here on out!

Dr G is by far the best physician our family has ever encountered. Skilled and compassionate, he ensured our son would be able to walk again. Could not recommend him enough.

In all the years my. Husband has gone through with back pain, Dr Ganapathy was the first to take time in listening and then discussing options, including therapy and injections. We were never rushed out of the room. Such a concerning Dr... We were extremely pleased !!!!!

Dr Ganapathy performed back surgery on me and I couldn't have asked for a better physician!! He anticipated my needs before I knew they existed and answered all my questions before during and after surgery!! His follow up Care is phenomenal with him checking back personally to see how you are doing and what you may need!! If you need an Orthopedic Surgeon you can't go wrong by choosing Dr Ganapathy!!

The staff was polite and very courteous. Best of all, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Ganapathy. He was patient, thorough, listened to everything I had to say, answered all my questions and mentally left me in a better state than I had come in. It's a breath of fresh air when you run into folks who are passionate and sincere about what they do

Dr ganapathy helped me through most difficult time of my life, his staff and self vould not be more personable and professional....simply the best that i will tell the world about... THANK YOU ALL !!!!
