Thoughtful, Personable, Reflective Doctor
It always amazes me that Dr. D. can have such a friendly, optimistic, and energetic disposition every single time I see her. When there have been times that she was experiencing worries or troubles (professionally or personally), I never saw evidence of such. Dr. D. always puts her best foot forward. I also appreciate how she includes me in the decision-making process of my health-care. She uses comments such as, “I’d like to try this different medication for __, what do you think about that?” Or, “I’d like to see the results of __before we make a decision about __. How do you feel about that?” Additionally, Dr. D. always wants to know about all my other doctor visits and tests and exams (and I have a lot of them). She seems intent on keeping a keen eye on my overall health across the board, as opposed to simply paying attention to a few reasons I had for making appointments with her. Dr. D also takes time to think about what to do next, if need be. Overall, I am glad I found her!!!

Dr. Digennaro is one of the most personable humans
I have been a patient of Dr. Digennaros for almost 6 years and I have never been more heard and understood. She always takes time w me and gets to the point all at the same time. Sure, there have been times I've waited a while but i am happy to ... i want her to take time w all her patients, not just me.

First they made me wait 3 months to get a new patient appointment. Then they refused to see me because I had a cold. A COLD. They even lied and said they aren't seeing sick patients even though they saw my mother days before because she also had a cold. They diagnosed her with bronchitis. And what kind of doctor doesn't see sick patients? Being sick is the only reason to see a doctor! Their policies are ridiculous and clearly some patients get better treatment than others.

Dr Digennaro is very nice but the office she practices at is horrible. I went there for an ultrasound and had to go somewhere else to get another one done because the results were not conclusive. I have been there once for fasting bloodwork and the tech was very rude and mean, i had another appointment for fasting bloodwork and they cancelled on me 2 hrs before my appointment, i tried to call back to reschedule and couldn't get through to anyone. I had to fight with the office staff to get my records sent to the other Dr that they referred me to. Dr Digennaro is really great but its not worth the hassle and stress to go to that office.

She has moved to North Hampton Primary Care in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. 330-923-4500. I think she is great! I wait under 5 minutes in the waiting room. Under 5 minutes in the exam room. Everyone in the practice carries a laptop and when you need something, they just click, click, click. So fast and efficient. No writing. Dr. DiGennaro is a great listener. I get the feeling that she really cares about me and the care I receive. She is positive, cheerful, friendly. I think the world of her.
