Dr. Vivian Reyes, MD

Worked with her for over 14 years (and received care technically when I asked her to solve my ills over the years). She is the real deal! Genuinely compassionate, not judgmental, and just wants to heal what can be fixed / palliate what cannot. To the person complaining about her: someone is doing a disservice by suggesting that one can reach an ER or Urgent Care doc! They should tell you to reach out to your primary care doc; ER docs never get messages (email gets buried in urgent results and phone calls end up on paper that flies around). If they get a message passed to them they often get swamped in a Code Blue / Stroke / Imminent Birth situation. I'm sorry you feel so hurt. Dr Reyes not replying (see reasons above) does not erase her kind bedside manner, brilliant mind, or hard work ethic.

Slow & unresponsive. Stop advertising to patients to message you in the system when you know you will drag your feet and take forever to respond. Obviously you give this aspect of your job and the patients who rely on you the lowest priority. Here was a simple question that would have taken no more than 15 secs of your time (if you were competent) that only you would know the answer to it. Now what did you choose to do? Blow us off and IGNORE it. Now it's only fair I give you 15 secs here.
