Dr Trautman treated my 5 year old son with absolutely no respect or compassion. When my son showed a little bit of hesitancy about all of the equipment around him, Dr Trautman didn’t even take a second to show him what was happening and to reassure him. Instead, he pushed him back on the table, had two nurses grab his legs and shoved the mask onto his face very roughly. My son was surprised and terrified and there was absolutely no reason for the Dr to use that kind of force on him. My son was cooperative and friendly and just needed a moment of patience. Instead he was suddenly forcefully subdued by three adults with no warning and no reason. He remembers it all even after waking up and is now afraid to go to the dentist.
