Took no family history
I was referred to Dr. Saikali by my primary care physician because my rheumatoid factor showed elevated during a recent visit.Once in Dr. Saikali's office I was sent for a dexa scan and was supposed to have x-rays however their x-ray equipment wasn't functional due to a power problem and was told they would do these on my next visit. He stated my dexa scan appeared okay.As noted in the review title, he took NO family history and we have an extensive history of autoimmune disorders. Example two immediate family members with sarcoidosis. In addition we have osteoarthritis, MS, Sjögren's syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc.My second visit a month later I arrive to his office. His PA came in and I tried to give her additional information and was all but dismissed. When he came in he said there was no evidence of autoimmune, but he wanted to put me on a drug which had previously taken off shelves for causing bone death, etc.I've since been referred to another provider.

He has taken good care of me
I have been going to Dr Saikali for 18 years and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. When I received the diagnosis all those years ago I thought I was done for. He worked out a treatment plan and today I am still mobile and get along better than when I first went to him.

Dr Saikaliy and his staff have always been very kind to me! I have been without a vehicle before to drive to Beckley for my appointment. He was kind enough to send my lab work order to me in the mail. I was able to go to my regular physician, and their LabCorp at access health was happy to do my lab work order. Dr. Saikaliy is very professional, and intelligent about his work! He will let you know, if you don't do what he asked you to do for him. I lived in North Carolina for 11 years! I was sent the one doctor then the next. I was sent the doctor when I moved to closer to Beckley. I could barely get up and walk, with the medications my rheumatoid arthritis doctor in North Carolina had me on. I have improved while being treated by Dr. Saikaliy! I give him five stars!!!
