Dr. Wayne Rozran, MD

So lengthy but needed. Last year sometime my back started acting up. I ignored it until January. Got a referral to this place. They saw me three times, ordered an MRI, Injections x7, and PT. 2nd week of PT (at Freedom PT and they're phenomenal). And after 3 voice-mails, and 6 calls in 2 weeks from me, they never called me back to schedule my injections, or to treat the pain until said injections. Just kept sending me to a new voice-mail. I finally told the front desk today that I didn't want to be forwarded to different people I just needed to plead my case and get some answers. She proceeded to tell me, "oh no we're not calling you back because the doctor cannot see you due to insurance restrictions, we saw you without double checking insurance." "And you've got to call someone else." And hung up. No return calls. No help finding a new location. No "sorry". No "we made a mistake".

Both times I saw Dr. Rozran for broken bones in my foot and ankle, he never touched me. He spent about two minutes with me each visit. He told me I still had a broken bone after three weeks in a boot, but to just put my shoe on and walk. I felt less than cared for and am seeing another physician as my foot still hurts and I am afraid of further damage. He is very loud and I could hear all his discussions with other patients while I waited to be seen. Not a fan!

I had neck surgery back in the 90’s and STILL talk about how AWESOME Dr. Rozran is as my doctor. And I’m doing very well. Very professional and personable as well. I live in WV now. But HIGHLY recommend him as a doctor and surgeon. HI Dr. Rozran ??
