Best pain doctor
Dr. Weiben Shi is the best pain doctor I’ve ever seen. He is straightforward, down to earth. My intractable pain is now under excellent control under his care. It’s heartbreaking to see those nasty comments. God help those people!

If I could give 0 stars I would
I went to Dr. Shi for CRPS that was diagnosed 6 months into the condition. That was why I was there. He began the appointment asking me why I wasn't treated before. I told him a Dr. just diagnosed me and that was why I was referred to him. He is very hard to understand and does not explain things well. He told me worse case scenerio was amputation and that he could do a spinal block and proceeded to seem like he was figuring out how to do it in front of me. He mentioned that he needed to make sure he doesn't go through my aorta because that would be bad(about 10 times). Unfortunately I needed to have the procedure, he was my only choice, obviously all I could think about my him going through my aorta, so I told him that I was nervous about that. He must have said that phrase to me at least 6 times before he took me back to the procedure and the last thing he said to me before walking into the room was, "Even if I nick it wouldn't be the end of the world!" and laughed. STEER CLEAR!!!!!

He is a giant child who wants his ways. He says he is smarter because he is a doctor and I, a person who knows my body and health am dumb and don't know what I am talking about. I never met such a horrible doctor in my life. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect stay away from this man and facility

Dr. Shi was able to sit with me and go over my MRI's and help me understand what is going on in my Spine and Lower Back. .My issues have been extensive. Dr. Shi was also able to point out that he can see signs of Lipomatosis in my spine. My hopes in the future are to work with Dr. Shi on resolving the serious pain I am having and help me find some solutions to the relief of my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Shi's experience and knowledge to anyone with serious back issues. Francis X. McPhillips
