Dr. Wilbert Jacobs, MD

This was my first time seeing Dr jacobs . He is one of a kind , it has been a fight with doctors to get treatment I desperately needed because of my age in a mainly geriatric area. Where I’ve been called “crazy “ but actually ended up having real medical issues . He knew about my medical conditions without me having to explain and how they affect people . I knew what I needed , I asked we agreed . I didn’t have to fight with him to get these things done that I spent 7 months trying to get done . He spent his time listening to me , he didn’t look at his computer once . He is very compassionate, is willing to answer any questions , if he dosent know the answer to something he will tell you he dosent know . I would highly recommend him to anyone .

Being new patients - moving from another state - my husband and I were apprehensive about finding new physicians. We were thrilled with the care we received from Dr. Jacobs ! He listened - and HEARD our concerns - answering questions knowledgeably and didn’t let us leave until we had every concern addressed. Thank you Dr Jacobs (and the friendly staff!!!! Too)

He is an awesome doctor who listens to his patients. I am sad that I don't know where he is practicing now so I could continue with him.

This is an addendum to my previous review regarding staff. I have been with Dr. Jacobs for 3-4 years and from day 1 he has always been there for me and my family. Whatever issues I have with the staff I believe can be resolved with communication and willingness to have mutual respect for one another. Hopefully things will work out. Dr. Jacobs is too good of a doctor for me not to work out this issue.

He listens to you and then recommends what He thinks is the best treatment for you.

I came to Dr. Jacobs as an existing patient and was having some issues with anxiety and depression relating to work and an upcoming move for my job to a place I've never been to. Add in my wife and two small children, and it was a crippling experience that I was unable to control. Dr. Jacobs sat down and listened to me and really helped me. The medications are helping me get over this hump in my life. I'm hoping that these tools help me better a better man, employee, and father.

Listens to what I have to say and always has a recommendation or how to relieve my medical issues

Pays attention in detail. Staff is sure to give you best care especially to rule out all possibilities of any injury

Dr Jacobs is always patient, kind and concerned about my husband and I. We actually enjoy being there with him and his staff. They are all very caring and helpful and organized. We couldn't ask for a better group to manage our health care.
